Control Panel

Are you aware that as a customer, you have access to a full control panel which allows you to maintain every aspect of your web site? If you were not aware of this, you may be missing out on a lot of options. Using the control panel, you can maintain your one or many email accounts, web site features, functions, even add web users who can help you maintain your web site/s and much more.

Reseller Accounts

Most of the documentation refers to customers who are reselling web sites, maintaining multiple web sites for business or customers or who have multiple users and have Administrators Panel Access. If you have lost this information and would like to access to admin panel, simply contact us with your customer information and we will send you information on access. 

Can't Login to get your email? 

Using either webmail or an email client, you must enter your FULL email address and not your email address alone. For example, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it is the proper entry and not noreply alone. If you do not enter your complete address, you will not be able to access your email properly.

Automated email client 

If you have your client software checking for email automatically, please use a reasonable amount of time between checks. The shortest amount of time which should be used would be every 5 minutes and up.
Checking too often could also trigger various spam filters and other tools into thinking that the connections are not legitimate. And of course, when dozens or hundreds of clients are checking too often simultaneously, it equates to wasted Internet resources.
